    Are you looking for ways to take your dentistry to the next level? A smile is more than just teeth- the esthetic interface between the teeth and facial soft tissues provides a canvas to frame your dentistry and affords exciting opportunities for facial rejuvenation and enhancement. In this course, participants will be provided an introduction to botulinum toxin and dermal fillers in dentistry, both focusing on cosmetic and therapeutic uses to provide “total facial esthetics” and comprehensive patient care. A case presentation format will be used to provide an in-depth review on the range of treatment options that can be made available to patients. Patient consultation, evaluation, and selection criteria for proper product choice and techniques will be discussed. Finally, the potential for practice growth and profitability will be presented as well as implementation into an existing dental practice.

    • - Define “total facial esthetics” and the dental competitive advantage

    Speaker:

    Tracy Blessing, DMD: graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2010 and completed a residency program in New York City the following year. During residency, she trained extensively in facial injectables with some of the country’s leading plastic surgeons. For more than a decade, she has been blending her cosmetic and reconstructive dental training with her passion for botulinum toxin and dermal filler injectables, offering patients a new concept of “total facial aesthetics”. Dr. Blessing is the Founder and CEO of Aesthetic Interface, a training and consulting company dedicated to facial injectables in dentistry. She maintains a private practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.


    Moderator:

    Ancy Verdier, DMD: is the founder of Worcester Periodontics, a periodontal dental practice located in Worcester , MA where he practices periodontology and implant dentistry. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University, DMD and Periodontal residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Verdier is a Fellow in the International College of Dentists and American College of Dentists. He is also a regular contributor to Tufts Practice Based Research Network.

    Attendees will earn 2 CE per session.

Cancellation Policy
  • Refunds can be made online up to 10 days prior to the live session. You will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. There are no refunds less than 10 days out including cancellations due to illness, late arrivals or weather. Full refund will be given if your class is cancelled for any reason by MDS. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. There is no refund for courses once the course begins. Registrants will be notified by e-mail if the course is cancelled. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address used to register.
