  • MDS Career Accelerator Program (CAP) 2025

    All Sessions Package

An intensive program for early career dentists

What is CAP? It’s an accelerated practical business training program designed for new dentists. Many early-career dentists graduated dental school with only basic business training making it difficult to take that next step in their career. CAP training is a four-month-long business-focused curriculum, led by subject matter experts, that will provide early-career dentists with essential business knowledge to enhance and accelerate their career development and allow for more informed decision-making. CAP runs from October to May, with biannual follow-up get-togethers following completion of the Program. Participants will attend a mix of business and social programs to create a community of support. The program is limited to 40 participants, with the in-person location at the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), 2 Willow Street, Southborough, MA.

This initiative stems directly from our members' valuable feedback, emphasizing the importance of business proficiency. Don’t miss out! Register today. We can’t wait to see you there!
