In this course, attendees will explore the evolving landscape of workflow options for full-arch implant fixed prostheses at different stages of treatment-from initial diagnostics to final prosthesis delivery. We will compare analog, digital, and hybrid approaches, emphasizing clinical decision-making, lab coordination, and patient-centered outcomes. Attendees will gain practical insight into treatment planning and digital smile design, different conversion protocols for immediate loading, and workflow options for final prosthetic design and delivery. Real-world case examples and outcomes will be used to highlight where each approach excels, and where limitation arises. By the end of the course, clinicians will be equipped to evaluate and adapt their workflow based on their practice setup for predictability, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Jie Sun, DMD is a board-certified prosthodontist specializing in implant, aesthetic, and reconstructive dentistry. She earned her DMD degree Magna Cum Laude from Harvard School of Dental Medicine and completed specialty training in Prosthodontics there with a Master of Medical Science degree. Dr. Sun is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Prosthodontics and the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a member of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics. In 2022, she received the Massachusetts "10 Under Ten" Award. She currently serves as Clinical Director of the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Quincy, Massachusetts. Beyond her clinical excellence, Dr. Sun maintains a strong commitment to education through her part-time teaching role at Harvard and actively contributes to the dental profession through leadership positions in various dental organizations.
