How do you educate new patients and set expectations about appointments? Verbal skills to help create value scripting for staying in control of the conversation and how to create effective patient retention protocols are essential. This course is designed to help the dental office team step back and revisit the way patients are introduced into the practice. Verbal skills and scripting will be emphasized in order to ensure that the patients receive the same message throughout their visit. Understanding the impact of the words we use and how they influence our ability to keep the schedule full will allow for the creation of scripts that are real and impactful. Learn how to develop practice specific protocols for effective and consistent patient retention protocols to keep your schedule full.
