  • How do you educate new patients and set expectations about appointments?  Verbal skills to help create value scripting for staying in control of the conversation and how to create effective patient retention protocols are essential.  This course is designed to help the dental office team step back and revisit the way patients are introduced into the practice. Verbal skills and scripting will be emphasized in order to ensure that the patients receive the same message throughout their visit.  Understanding the impact of the words we use and how they influence our ability to keep the schedule full will allow for the creation of scripts that are real and impactful.  Learn how to develop practice specific protocols for effective and consistent patient retention protocols to keep your schedule full.

    • Discuss ways to develop strong patient intake protocols
    • Learn how to assess and validate the patient in front of you Understand the impact of your words and how they determine results
    • Create a consistent message to deliver to your patient throughout their visit
    • Role play to understand patient objections and how to manage them
    SESSION 2:
    October 24, 2019
    Scripting to stay in control of the conversation for best possible results and creating the most effective patient retention protocols
    • Understand why patients do not keep appointments
    • Minimize and manage broken appointments 
    • Learn ways to create value to minimize last-minute schedule changes
    • Implement proven systems to keep your schedule full
    • Know how to manage patients that are not in the schedule

Cancellation Policy
  • Refunds can be made online up to 10 days prior to the class. You will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. There are no refunds less than 10 days out including cancelations due to illness, late arrivals or weather. Full refund will be given if your class is cancelled for any reason by MDS. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. There is no refund for courses once the course begins. Registrants will be notified by e-mail if the course is canceled due to inclement weather or for any other reason by MDS. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address used to register.
